Nous comprenons que la propreté et l’entretien de nos installations sont essentiels à votre satisfaction, et nous mettons tout en œuvre pour veiller à ce que ces normes soient respectées. Hello Andrew,  Thank you for your recommendations. Yelloh Village La Bastiane is an excellent starting point for exploring the most beautiful sites along the Mediterranean coast. You loved all the activities on offer, and the sense of community at our campground is also a real plus.

Nous nous efforçons de maintenir un haut niveau d'hospitalité et de veiller à ce que chaque client se sente bienvenu et à l'aise. Nous prenons très à cœur vos suggestions concernant la communication en anglais et la présence de personnel parlant néerlandais pendant la haute saison (c'est exactement ce que nous souhaitons !). Geachte heer SNOEREN, Wij danken u voor uw opmerkingen over uw recente verblijf in het Yelloh! Village La Bastiane. Uw opmerkingen over de rust en de netheid van onze camping zijn zeer bemoedigend. Wij begrijpen dat de beschikbaarheid van de sanitaire voorzieningen, met name in het nieuwe sanitairgebouw, voor enige zorg heeft gezorgd. Wij doen er alles aan om al onze gasten een comfortabel verblijf te garanderen en zullen rekening houden met uw opmerkingen.
